Flint is a self-development and career-identity tool at atflint.com. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not employ counselors.

Spark runs in your browser. The pain sentence, what broke, and the never-go-back sentence are processed there to write a signature and a short list of directions. The current API does not store those fields. The server rejects them if they are sent.

If you create an account, Flint stores:

• email
• first name
• a published strike, place, and how-you-work line (if you save a signature)
• a check-in timestamp (not the check-in answers)

An httpOnly session cookie named flint_sid is set when you create an account or log in. Draft answers can also sit in this browser’s local storage until you clear them.

988, CareerOneStop, 211, HealthCare.gov, and DOL pages are third-party sites. Their rules apply when you leave Flint.
