EFFECTIVE 23 SEPTEMBER 2026
Privacy notice
This notice explains how Robotata handles information submitted through this website and information used to deliver a contracted robotics data project.
Information we collect
We collect business contact details, company information, project requirements and messages that you submit. For an accepted engagement, we may also process account records, source media, annotation instructions, production records and delivery files.
How we use it
We use this information to evaluate requests, communicate about scope, operate authenticated workspaces, produce and quality-check deliverables, secure the service and maintain an audit trail.
Who can access it
Access is limited to authorized project participants and service providers needed to operate the infrastructure. We do not sell personal information. Project-specific subprocessors or handling restrictions can be reviewed during onboarding.
Retention and deletion
Pilot-request records are kept while a commercial conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward for operational records. Project media and deliverables follow the retention terms agreed in the project scope. You may request deletion, subject to contractual, security and record-keeping needs.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, encrypted transport and traceable production records. No online service can promise absolute security. Infrastructure may process data outside your country unless a project-specific location requirement is agreed before transfer.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete business contact information by submitting a pilot request and writing “privacy request” in the notes. We may need to verify your identity.
Changes
We may update this notice as the service evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
Do not submit confidential media through the public pilot form. A transfer path and project terms must be agreed first.
