Baseline service terms
These website terms are an operational baseline. A signed statement of work, data-processing agreement or other negotiated contract controls if its terms conflict with this page.
Scope and acceptance
A pilot request is not an order. Work begins only after Robotata and the customer accept a written scope covering footage, labels, outputs, quality criteria, timeline, price and transfer method.
Customer responsibilities
The customer confirms it has the rights and permissions needed to provide the source media and instructions. The customer must disclose material security, privacy, residency and deletion requirements before transfer.
Service delivery
Robotata will perform the agreed annotation and quality-control work with reasonable care. Dates and acceptance criteria are those in the accepted scope. Changes to volume, taxonomy or footage quality may require a revised quote or timeline.
Confidentiality and data handling
Each party should protect the other party’s confidential information and use it only for the engagement. Project-specific confidentiality, retention and subprocessors should be recorded in the signed agreement.
Ownership
The customer retains ownership of its source media. Rights in annotations, schemas and other deliverables are transferred or licensed as stated in the accepted scope, after applicable payment. Robotata retains its pre-existing software, production methods and general know-how.
Fees, suspension and termination
Fees and payment dates are stated in the quote or scope. Work may be paused for overdue payment, unsafe or unlawful material, or a material scope dispute. Termination, final delivery and deletion follow the signed agreement.
Warranty and liability
Specific remedies, liability limits and governing law must be set in the signed agreement. To the extent permitted by that agreement, no dataset is represented as error-free or suitable for an undisclosed purpose.
Describe your contracting or data requirements in a pilot request. No data should move until the required agreement is in place.
