Robotata is designed around scoped access, source integrity, versioned work and approval evidence. Detailed handling requirements are agreed before footage is transferred.
Source integrity
Uploaded source video is retained as the original object. Checksums, metadata and duplicate checks connect production work to the source.
Traceable review
Annotation versions, QC results, human decisions and exports are recorded so the accepted delivery can be traced.
Approval gates
Production scope and data export use explicit owner and reviewer decisions rather than informal email approval.
Secure transport
The public service and authenticated file delivery use encrypted HTTPS transport.
Retention by agreement
Retention and deletion requirements are agreed for each engagement. We act on documented deletion instructions after delivery obligations are met.

Robotata does not currently claim SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification. If your procurement process requires a DPA, vendor questionnaire, residency constraint or a dedicated retention schedule, include it in the pilot request so it can be evaluated before data transfer.
